On-line payments procedure
Instructions for on-line Trips and Visits payments – www.squidcard.com
The school operates an on-line payment system for Trips and Visits via sQuid.
Parents should log on to the above website, using their usual log-in details, and view all available trips and offers received by their children by clicking on the orange ‘School Trips & Offers’ image. Parents simply select the school trip or offer that they wish to purchase from the list, make payment using a credit or debit card and confirm the purchase.
For trips which involve several payment parents can choose to pay more than one instalment at the same time if they so wish.
The account can be pre-loaded using a bank transfer before making the payment. Once payment is confirmed a receipt is sent to the given e-mail address. When this is received, parents should log on again in order to ‘buy’ the trip, by clicking the relevant trip. It is vital that the trip is selected as the last stage in the transaction. If the trip is not showing parents should contact Mrs Caple before proceeding:
Payments can also be made via credit* or debit cards.
If parents do not have a Squid account, they should contact Mrs Caple to receive their Squid Registration Number and details on how to register. Any questions about the on-line payment system should be addressed to Mrs Caple.
*Important Note: Parents are advised that, in common with general practice, using a credit card will incur a small handling fee.
It’s imperative that parents continue to sign and return consent forms attached to offer letters by the deadline date. Failure to return the form or to make payments on-line by the stated deadline could mean that students lose out on trips or that the trip is cancelled due to lack of interest.
