On-line Payments Procedure
Instructions for on-line Trips and Visits payments
The school operates an on-line payment system for Trips and Visits via School Gateway. The School Gateway App can be downloaded or School Gateway can be accessed via the website
Parents should access the App or log on to the above website, and view all available trips/visits and other offers received by their children by clicking on the My Payments section. Parents simply select the school trip or offer that they wish to purchase from the list, make payment using a credit or debit card and confirm the purchase. If a payment is not required consent may still be necessary for students to take part in trips/events.

Deadlines
It is imperative that parents continue to consent (via payment if payment is required) for trips by the deadline date. Failure to do so or to make payments on-line by the stated deadline could mean that students lose out on trips or that the trip is cancelled due to lack of interest.
